A dear friend of mine, who was one of the brothers making plans to convene with us on July 31 at Averill's funeral...has been air lifted and evacuated to Chapel Hill. I have no details at the moment, but would ask for God's mercy, grace, healing, and just His hand on this entire circumstance.

PRAY FOR SOUTH AFRICA! Interrupting all other posts and small talk to call on our praying friends worldwide to join us in urgent prayer for our country, South Africa! A clearly orchestrated campaign of violence, vandalism and looting has erupted across two of our provinces, Gauteng and Kwazulu Natal, resulting in many injuries, deaths and the destruction of 30+ entire shopping malls. Mobs of thousands have tried to invade residential complexes and suburbs, having to be repelled with deadly force by residents, with police personnel ineffective at best and complicit at worst. Gunfire and explosions are heard throughout the nights. The ostensible reason for this was the imprisonment of ex-President Jacob Zuma, not for any of the 485 charges of corruption he is facing, but for contempt of court, having refused to testify before the “State Capture” commission of enquiry. It soon became ostensibly not about Zuma but about the “rich-poor divide”, but more to the point, it is about anarchy and destruction, tribalism and the rejection of the rule of law. PLEASE KNOW - THIS IS NOT A RACE-BASED ISSUE! It is political, but NOT racist. It is targeting every kind of person, every business owner of every ethnicity. It is not spiritual, although some of its leaders may be demonically inspired. It is based on the greed for power, money and escaping the consequences of corruption and theft. That these so-called “protesters” care not at all for people is borne out not only by their violence, but by the fact that they have shut down vaccination centres, cleared the shelves of pharmacies and destroyed them, and prevented medical personnel getting to work, so that hospitals are critically understaffed and unable to provide the necessary care for their patients. Many will die in the next few days because they could not receive that care. The government has called in the army, and is being urged to declare a state of emergency in these two provinces, especially KZN. We face the prospect of war between private armies on both sides of this madness, with our national defence force trying to stop both. We’re praying for all we’re worth. Please join us? Pray for our President, Cyril Ramaphosa, and his Cabinet, for law enforcement officials and civic leaders, for peacemakers to step up, for sanity to return, before we go over a cliff’s edge of national extinction.

I’m late for Thankful Thursday, but I have a grateful heart!! Thanking God that I was able to fill in the groundhog hole at the farm!!

I am thankful for my granddaughter. She brings me much joy!👶😍

I am so thankful to Jesus for his provision and His amazing love.

Please pray for my mom Lorraine’s salvation and pray for her healing. She lost her hearing, has memory loss, bad posture, body pain, and blood pressure issues. Pray for excellent health. Pray for a long life for Lorraine.Pray for the removal of debt and financial blessings and financial security for Lorraine. Pray Lorraine’s possessions last a hundred times longer and become newer each day. Also, please pray for salvation and excellent health and long life for my uncle Seve and aunt Jackie In the name of Jesus Yeshua Hamashiach Amen

I ask prayers for my son’s uncle. He is a pastor in my hometown. He was intubated today. His name is João Bosco.

Please pray for some friends of ours. David, his wife Crystal & family. David had a massive heart attack recently and is in the hospital. Pray for healing, doctors wisdom and peace. He may have heart surgery tomorrow.

Request prayer for Rick Roop. He has Neuropathy (tingling sensation) in his fingers, toes & bottom of his feet. This is a side effect from the chemo. This was just in fingers & toes, but is getting worse. Thanks.

Please keep my sister Cindy Graham in prayer. She has been fatigued & having some chest discomfort. She also has MS, which complicates things. On Wednesday @ 2:30pm her Cardiac Dr is having her undergo a Cardiac Cath procedure. Thank you.

Please pray for my physical heart. My Pericardium was damaged from the car accident and is restricting my heart. Pray for healing and restoration.
